Barry W. Vingle is a native to Fairmont, West Virginia. He received his B.A. Degree from Fairmont State College and his Masters Degree from West Virginia University. Mr. Vingle is a member of the National Education Association, Phi Beta Mu music honorary, the West Virginia Band Masters Association, and the West Virginia Music Educators Association. He is also a past President of the West Virginia Jazz Festival.
